Hi.

I am looking for someone to take independent charge of a new-edge venture in education, training, HR & job-search. A subsidiary of this venture will deal in KPO, media, content and marketing. The designs we have for the future is big. For now, though, we'll take things in stages. You may read more about it at: eduopportunities.blogspot.com.

The person will be responsible for getting the project off the ground successfully, independently, and quickly. I myself will be a part of strategy and research; The candidate, more than anything else, will need to be an expert in 'implementing' visions. Ideally, of course, he/she will have a strong vision and passion of his/her own (for this field), solid contacts, intuitive leadership traits, a willingness to 'stretch the limits', and a gung-ho & winning attitude. Compensation will be commensurate - a salary cum partnership arrangement is a possibility too.
