Candidate with excellent command over Subject and Passionate to deliver good score
are required to develop and deliver new hire/operations training. This position
coaches, counsels, and monitors new hires on a daily basis and provides feedback
based on overall performance evaluations. Coaches, mentors, monitors and provides
feedback to on a regular basis. Consistently administers to new hires company
policies and practices regarding attendance, performance etc.
Experience: 1 to 3yrs experience

Education: Graduation/Post graduation
